Portman Holdings and Hensel Phelps to Develop Hotel Indigo in Downtown Denver Opening Winter 2016

ATLANTA – InterContinental Hotels Group's (IHG) Hotel Indigo® brand, which has 61 locations open in 12 countries, announces the signing of its first hotel in the state of Colorado, which will connect guests with Denver's Lower Downtown neighborhood (LoDo). The Hotel Indigo Denver location will be located within Union Tower West, a 200,000 square foot mixed-use development of office and retail space, co-developed by Portman Holdings and Hensel Phelps.
