AJ Capital Partners Acquires Hilton Eugene With Renovation and Conversion to Graduate Eugene Planned

Eugene, Or. – AJ Capital Partners announced today that it has acquired the Hilton Eugene in Eugene, Oregon. The hotel will continue to operate as Hilton Eugene until year end, after which, it will begin a comprehensive renovation to convert to Graduate Eugene, part of the Graduate Hotels® collection. The hotel will remain open during renovations and will be completed in summer 2019. The 12-story, 275-room hotel is in downtown Eugene and walking distance to University of Oregon's campus.
