Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat Opens as Brand’s First in the UAE

DUBAI, UAE - Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) today celebrated the arrival of its award winning, mid-scale brand - Hilton Garden Inn into the UAE, with the unveiling of an edible Dubai skyline - created using the brand's signature breakfast waffles. The sculpture, created from 1,500 waffles and measuring three by four metres, took Dubai-based food artist Mark Ranasinghe almost 40 hours to construct and imitates eight iconic landmarks in the city, including the Burj Khalifa.
