New-Build 120-room Hilton Garden Inn Zurich Limmattal to Open in 2016 in Spreitenbach, Switzerland

June 09, 2015 - ZURICH, Switzerland and MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Worldwide has reached an agreement to introduce its upscale Hilton Garden Inn brand to Spreitenbach, a growing commercial zone located within the greater Zurich area. The new build hotel is expected to welcome its first guests in 2016 and joins Hilton Zurich Airport, which has been trading for more than 40 years. Hilton Worldwide has signed a franchise agreement with HRMP AG, which will manage the hotel on behalf of real estate owners Immo Invest Partners AG, the company responsible for the Kreuzäcker Master Plan.
