Pandox AB Completes Acquisition of Hilton Grand Place Brussels

STOCKHOLM--Pandox's (STO:PNDXB) acquisition of Hilton Grand Place Brussels, which was announced 21 September 2016, has been completed. The final acquisition price amounts to MEUR 55, corresponding to approximately MSEK 530. The acquired hotel is consolidated and reported under the business segment Operator Activities as of 10 October, 2016.
