December 11, 2019, Boca Raton, FL — Waramaug Hospitality announced today that it acquired the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naples North – Bonita Springs, located in Bonita Springs, Florida. The four-story, 105-room property features standard Holiday Inn Express amenities and was renovated to the IHG Formula Blue standard at a cost of $1.5mm in 2016.
