September 7, 2016, Boca Raton, FL— Waramaug LS Hotels, LLC (Waramaug), a private investment group, has completed an extensive renovation on its Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport property. Purchased mid-2015 by Waramaug and built in 1994, the 3-story hotel is located on a 2.2-acre site off Interstate 85. The renovation included fully updating the exterior, the lobby, and breakfast areas including an all-new breakfast buffet.
