New Delhi, June 28, 2022:  IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd. to develop a new Holiday Inn hotel - Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH 8 in the NCR region. The new-build property featuring 139 keys is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2025.
