ATLANTA, GA – July 17, 2019 – Today, Hotel Equities and Horizon North Logistics Inc. (Horizon North) announced they broke ground on a fully-modular Fairfield by Marriott in Kitimat, British Columbia, Canada. The 120-room hotel is phase II of an entirely modular-built, mixed-use community development by owners, Horizon North.
