ATLANTA (June 14) - Blueprint RF (Hospitality Core Services, LLC), a next-generation hotel network systems provider, has entered into a settlement agreement with Nomadix, Inc. to resolve their patent litigation filed in the Central District Court of California. Under the terms of the settlement, Nomadix has agreed to dismiss all claims in the lawsuit, and Blueprint RF has agreed to pay a royalty-bearing license for related products. Blueprint RF Files Inter Partes Review to Invalidate Five Nomadix Patents

ATLANTA (November 10) - Blueprint RF (Hospitality Core Services, LLC), a hotel Internet service provider, announced today that the company has filed Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) with the United States Patent Trial and Review Board (PTAB) to invalidate five patents held by Nomadix, Inc. If Blueprint RF is successful all of these patents could be found invalid. The five patents which have been submitted for review include U.S. Patent Numbers: 6,636,894; 8,156,246; 8,266,266; 8,266,269; and 8,364,806.
