University of Houston Student Selected for 2023 CIO Summit Designation ATLANTA — Aug. 17, 2023 — Hospitality Upgrade Publisher and President Rich Siegel today announced that the recipient of the 2023 John Cahill Honorary Seat is Dylan Emerson, an undergraduate student at the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership. The award will be presented at the upcoming CIO Summit, an invitation-only annual event produced by Hospitality Upgrade magazine.
