ISHC CapEx 2014 Study Offers Insight, Analysis of Hotel Capital Expenditures

Orlando, Florida, June 2015—The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), in conjunction with the Hotel Asset Managers Association (HAMA) has published ISHC CapEx 2014: A Study of Capital Expenditures in the Hotel Industry. The book is distributed by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), which receives proceeds from the sale of the book. Previous editions of this study were released in 1995, 2000, and 2007.
