Classic Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality division of Grossman Company Properties, is at it again. Expanding its iconic independent hotel and resort chain, the company will add another listing to its impressive portfolio, in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. What was once The Dolphin Inn is now Hotel Carmel - located at the corner of 4th & San Carlos Street. The doors are expected to open in spring 2016.
