InterContinental Adelaide Plans $32 million Refurbishment in Late 2021

InterContinental Adelaide, one of Adelaide’s landmark luxury hotels, today announces its first major renovation since its opening. The hotel’s asset management company, TCC Land International, based in Thailand, together with hotel operator, IHG Hotels & Resorts, has outlined plans for an extensive $32 million investment into the iconic 367 room hotel, which will commence in late 2021.
