OMAHA, NE (June 24, 2020) – Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel, operated by Pivot Hotels & Resorts and opening August 2020 in Omaha’s Blackstone District, is pleased to announce the executive appointments of Mara Bouvier to General Manager and James Schelnick to Director of Sales & Marketing. Bouvier and Schelnick will join the leadership team to open the 205-room historic hotel and oversee operations for the eight-story property and its outlets, including a signature steakhouse and lounge, a French-inspired cafe, a resort-style swimming club and solarium, and more than 13,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
