HONOLULU - April, 2018 - Outrigger Hotels and Resorts has announced that Jeff Wagoner is joining the company as president and chief executive officer, effective April 26, 2018. KSL Resorts co-founder and CEO Scott Dalecio, who has been serving as Outrigger's interim CEO since early 2017, has been appointed executive chairman of the global hospitality brand.
