An iconic destination offering impeccable hospitality for more than 125 years, Badrutt’s Palace Hotel is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jeremy Degras from executive sous chef to executive chef. Degras will oversee culinary direction for the hotel’s multiple restaurants and bars, as well as catering services for corporate and leisure events. Prior to Badrutt's Palace, Degras spent more than a decade honing his craft at France’s most revered Michelin-starred restaurants, including Restaurant La Rotonde under chef Philippe Gauvreau, and Restaurant Le Quartier Gourmand under chef Sylvain Gohier.
