ATLANTA–October 6, 2016 – Atlanta-based Hotel Equities recently hired Joe Fallis to serve as the General Manager of the Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody. The hotel is currently under construction at 4695 Ashford Dunwoody Rd. in the heart of the Perimeter Center area of Atlanta. It is expected to open in early summer 2017. Mr. Fallis has responsibility and oversight of the operations of the hotel including food & beverage, sales & marketing and revenue management strategies.
