WASHINGTON (March 11, 2024) – American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Interim President & CEO Kevin Carey released the below statement today after the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas blocked a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) rule to change the way joint-employer status is determined.
