KETCHIKAN, ALASKA - June 2, 2021 - Jordan Swiler has been appointed executive chef for Salmon Falls Resort, an intimate full-service waterfront resort in Ketchikan, Alaska, and Hamodi Siam has been appointed executive chef at its sister property Edgewater Inn Restaurant & Marina.
