MIAMI AND ATLANTA – InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world's leading hotel companies, announces the appointment of Jorge Apaez as Chief Operating Officer, Mexico, Latin America & The Caribbean. Jorge assumes this role after the retirement of industry veteran Alvaro Diago.
