CLEVELAND, OH (February 11, 2019) – Former Cleveland Airport Marriott/AMP 150 Executive Chef Joseph Dubbs will join the downtown Marriott Cleveland Downtown at Key Tower's team, leading all the hotel's culinary efforts. Dubbs, a Cleveland native, first began his culinary career working at local bars and taverns, before landing his first chef gig at Tremont's Southside restaurant, where he worked while attending classes at Cleveland State University.
