Joshua Huyder Appointed as Executive Chef for French Leave Resort, an Autograph Collection Hotel

French Leave Resort, managed by Shaner Hotels and slated to be the newest addition to Marriott's Autograph Collection in the Caribbean this December, is proud to announce the appointment of Joshua Huyder as Executive Chef for the resort's restaurant, 1648 An Island Restaurant. In his new role, Huyder will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including the culinary staff and food and beverage standards. Taking notes from his Caribbean and Canadian stints, this Canadian-born chef brings an extensive and diverse culinary background to the property.
