Stand-out Hilton Orrington team member, Juanita Seaton, has been named the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association's (IHLA's) 2017 'Guest Service Employee of the Year'. For the past 20 years, Juanita has been an integral part of the customer service team at The Orrington, serving as the hotel's PBX operator.
