Recently relocated from Australia, Katie worked as a Reservations Agent and then Systems Coordinator at the luxury hotel brand Spicers Retreats, a RoomKeyPMS client. While in this role, Katie implemented and maintained all aspects of technology and rates, including PMS, OBE, Channel Manager, RMS, Livechat and OTA’s, and provided training and support to her team members.
