Executive Chef Kevin Lalli Returns to Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette Square

WASHINGTON, DC – January 30, 2023 – Kevin Lalli has been appointed Executive Chef for Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette Square, as announced by General Manager Karla Erales. Prior to returning to Sofitel, Chef Lalli was the executive chef for Prime 25 in Colorado Springs, Colorado beginning in September of 2021.  During his time at the high-end steakhouse, he increased sales by 25%. Chef Lalli was the executive chef for Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette square from April of 2018 until the spring of 2021.
