Detroit’s Former Kingsley Inn to Undergo $10 Million Renovation and Rebranding to DoubleTree, Slated to Open Fall 2017

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. and MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton (NYSE: HLT) and Kingsley Hospitality, LLC today announced the signing of DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit Bloomfield Hills. Formally the historic Kingsley Inn, the 147-room hotel will undergo a $10 million revitalization this fall and will feature a full-service restaurant, indoor pool and 11,396 square feet of flexible meeting space. Hotel Investment Services, Inc. will operate the hotel, which is expected to open in fall 2017.
