Le Meridien Denver and AC Denver are Slated to Break Ground in Late Spring 2015 and Open in Early 2017 MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Feb. 12, 2015 -- White Lodging is pleased to announce it will build a dual-branded hotel development in downtown Denver, featuring AC Hotels by Marriott hotel as well as a Starwood-branded Le Meridien Hotel. Construction on the 18-story development will begin in Spring 2015 with an opening scheduled for early 2017.
