Paris, France – February 2, 2022 – The Ritz Paris announces the arrival of Eugénie Béziat as Chef at L’Espadon, starting April 1st, 2022. In the months ahead, she will work on a new menu and concept for the space, which is now closed and will reopen in its exciting new incarnation in the last quarter of 2022. Born in Gabon, Eugénie Béziat spent her entire childhood in Africa, an experience that is reflected in her modern, creative cuisine based on unexpected and refined associations.
