LONDON — March 14, 2022 — London’s hotel industry reported month-over-month performance improvement, according to preliminary February 2022 data from STR. Occupancy: 58.8% Average daily rate (ADR): GBP130.79 Revenue per available room (RevPAR): GBP76.88 The occupancy level was the highest in the market since November 2021 but still 25% below the pre-pandemic comparable from 2019. LONDON — November 15, 2021 — London’s hotel industry reported its highest performance levels of the pandemic-era, according to preliminary October 2021 data from STR. Occupancy: 65.4% Average daily rate (ADR): GBP145.63 Revenue per available room (RevPAR): GBP95.22 Each of the three key performance metrics were the highest for any month since February 2020. Even with the overall improvement, London’s performance remained well below the pre-pandemic comparables from October 2019: occupancy (87.4%), ADR (GBP160.19) and RevPAR (GBP139.98). LONDON — September 13, 2021 — STR’s preliminary August 2021 data showed London with its highest hotel performance levels since the start of the pandemic. Occupancy: 56.8% Average daily rate (ADR): GBP112.58 Revenue per available room (RevPAR): GBP63.97 The absolute occupancy and RevPAR levels were the highest in the market since February 2020, while the ADR level was the highest since March 2020. London Short-Term Rentals Show Lower Performance Levels in June

LONDON — July 27, 2021 — London’s short-term rental industry recorded slightly lower performance levels from the previous month, according to June 2021 data from STR. June occupancy for the sector was 61.9%, which represented a 2.7% decrease from May (63.6%). Short-term rental occupancy was significantly higher than the 40.6% recorded by hotels in London. Hotel occupancy, however, was up 32.4% month over month. Short-term rental average daily rate (ADR) reached GBP118.86, a 6.7% decline from May (GBP127.41).
