ATLANTA–November 02, 2017– Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has been selected to manage two Marriott hotels in New Jersey, the Courtyard by Marriott in North Brunswick and the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Woodbridge. The hotels compliment the firm's strategic growth plans in the northeast corridor. Owned by Main Street Hotel, LLC, the 124-room Courtyard North Brunswick is under construction less than 30 miles from Newark, NJ and Newark International Airport (EWR).
