March U.S. Hotel Performance Highest Since Pandemic

HENDERSONVILLE, Tennessee — April 20, 2021 — The U.S. hotel industry showed its highest performance levels since the beginning of the pandemic, according to March 2021 data from STR.   March 2021: Occupancy: 54.6% Average daily rate (ADR): US$106.08 Revenue per available room (RevPAR): US$57.87 Occupancy and RevPAR were the highest for any month since February 2020, while ADR was the highest since March 2020.
