With over 20 years of hospitality industry experience and a degree in hotel management, Coelho now leads a team of 37 staff members. In her new role, she will focus on driving operational excellence throughout the property. Márcia has held roles at renowned establishments such as Pousadas de Portugal, Quinta das Lágrimas, and Hotel Caramulo.
