McKibbon Acquires the Courtyard Atlanta Buford Mall of Georgia

ATLANTA (June 28, 2024) — Hunter Hotel Advisors ("HUNTER") today announced the successful sale of the Courtyard Atlanta Buford Mall of Georgia. An institutional seller sold the property to McKibbon Income Fund I (“McKibbon”) for an undisclosed price on June 27, 2024.
