DALLAS – October 9, 2024 - JW Marriott Dallas Arts District announces Miguel Antonio has been appointed Executive Chef for the hotel’s three food and beverage outlets, including the signature ranch-to-table restaurant now known as Montage. Chef Antonio’s vision of elevated, yet approachable dishes can be experienced through the now available fall and winter menu, available featuring seasonal ingredients and globally inspired flavors.
