Lodging Dynamics Acquires the 92-room Missoula Courtyard by Marriott in Montana

PROVO, Utah, April 28, 2015 -- Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group (LDHG) announced expansion into the Montana market through the acquisition of the award-winning Missoula, Montana Courtyard by Marriott. The acquisition was completed with the company's affiliate, BN1 Missoula, LLC, managed by Kurt Christensen. The acquisition is a 92 room Courtyard by Marriott, which won the prestigious 2013 Courtyard by Marriott Renovation of the Year award. This is one of many acquisitions made by LDHG through one of its affiliate equity funds.
