AUSTIN, Texas, May 18, 2022-- Mohr Capital, a Dallas-based privately held real estate investment firm, acquired the 350-room DoubleTree by Hilton Austin at 6505 N. Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition marks Mohr Capital's first hospitality investment. The six-story hotel contains almost 25,000 square feet of meeting space including a ballroom. This ballroom will be upgraded along with the guest rooms, elevators and common spaces. MILWAUKEE, July 16, 2019 -- Dallas-based, privately-held real estate investment firm, Mohr Capital, has acquired its first hotel ground lease in downtown Milwaukee at 333 W. Kilbourn Avenue. The Hyatt Regency Hotel that sits on the 99-year ground lease is a 4-star hotel with 481 rooms on 22 floors. The hotel is managed by Interstate Hotels, one of the largest hotel managers in the United States.
