Lightstone Celebrates Topping Out of 349-Room Moxy Chelsea Hotel in New York City

NEW YORK, March 6, 2018 -- Lightstone, a national real estate investor/developer, announced today the topping out of construction at a 349-key Moxy hotel on West 28th Street in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. The hotel is the second of four Moxy hotels Lightstone is developing in New York City in partnership with Marriott. Lightstone broke ground on Moxy Chelsea in summer of 2016, and the hotel is set to open this fall.
