Avison Young Hospitality Group is pleased to highlight Collin Foran and Niven Patel, who are located in the Avison Young Orlando and Tampa offices, respectively. Foran, a senior hospitality broker, has close to 30 years of hospitality experience, including several key senior positions with industry leaders such as Marriott, Interstate Hotels and Mass Mutual. Before joining Avison Young, Foran served as vice president of asset management and acquisitions at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mass Mutual.
