Hamburg/Rüsselsheim, Germany, January 16, 2018 – NOVUM Hospitality and MERKUR Development Holding GmbH have begun work on a third niu hotel in the Fasanenhof district of Stuttgart. 144 hotel rooms and 110 serviced apartments covering a total gross floor area of some 10,500 sqm are currently being created.
