Milton Gonzalez Named New Managing Director Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (March 2, 2016) -- Occidental Vacation Club (OVC), recently acquired by Barceló Hotels and Resorts, has announced that Milton Gonzalez has taken the place of Luis Namnum.
