Ocean Key Resort and Spa is a 100-room, full-service, waterfront resort recently honored by Forbes as the Best Luxury Resort in Key West. Proceeds from the five-year, non-recourse loan priced in the low 5% range, will be used to pay off and defease the existing loan and fund a $10.5 million renovation of the property. KIRKLAND, Wash., Aug. 24, 2016 -- Noble House Hotels and Resorts was notified by the Secret Service on July 13, 2016, about possible fraudulent activity on the payment card system for one of its properties, Ocean Key Resort & Spa. Noble House promptly began an investigation and engaged a computer security firm to examine its payment system for any signs of an issue.
