Former Origin Hotel Raleigh to Begin Conversion to Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel Raleigh, N.C., April 27, 2022—Benchmark Pyramid today announced the company has assumed management of the 126-room Hotel 83 in Raleigh, N.C.  Benchmark Pyramid also will oversee the conversion of the Hotel 83 (a former Origin Hotel) to a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Marriott’s upscale collection brand of independent, boutique hotels.   The conversion process is expected to be completed by late Summer.
