STOCKHOLM--Pandox's (STO:PNDXB) acquisition of Hilton Grand Place Brussels, which was announced 21 September 2016, has been completed. The final acquisition price amounts to MEUR 55, corresponding to approximately MSEK 530. The acquired hotel is consolidated and reported under the business segment Operator Activities as of 10 October, 2016. June 30, 2016 - The hotel property company Pandox and the hotel operator Scandic Hotels have renewed and extended lease agreements for 19 hotels in the Nordic region. Pandox Operations (STO:PNDXB) has entered into an agreement with Nordic Choice Hotels to take over operations at one of Southern Norway's leading conference hotels, Quality Hotel & Resort Kristiansand, a hotel property already owned by Pandox.
