CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA, February 20, 2020 – Boar’s Head Resort welcomes two new members of the leadership team with the promotion of Executive Chef Paul D’Amelio and the new hiring of Director of Sales Mark White. Executive Chef D’Amelio was promoted from Chef de Cuisine of The Mill Room while White joins the team from another resort. D’Amelio joined the culinary team at Boar’s Head in August 2018 and was promoted to Executed Chef in December 2019.
