March 29-- Mar. 29--San Manuel Casino has a new general manager in former Chief Operating Officer Peter Arceo, officials announced Friday, March 29. Arceo will be in charge of all activity within the Highland casino as well as enhancing the experience for its team members and guests, according to a casino news release.
