St. Charles, Ill.– The multi-phase improvement plan of the Pheasant Run Resort reaches a new milestone with the completion of the spacious guest lobby renovations and guest room upgrades. The DuPage Airport Authority and ownership of Pheasant Run Resort recently came to an agreement regarding the Authority's eminent domain claim which reduces the amount of resort land involved and insures the ongoing operation of the resort into the future and the enhancement of the resort continues.
