DALLAS - September 21, 2022 - Sheraton Dallas is thrilled to welcome Pierre Daval as the hotel’s new Executive Chef. Daval has more than 25 years of culinary experience, including 20 years with Marriott International. Born and raised in Northeastern France, Daval instilled a love for cooking from a very young age when he started working at his family’s butcher shop in the summer at the age of 14. During his youth, he held various positions at hotels and resorts across the world, including France, Italy, Switzerland, and Mexico.
