Consorti has a long history with Hyatt which spans 10 years and various destinations, from Milan, Italy to Louisville, Kentucky. Chef Consorti oversees the culinary operation of Andaz Wall Street's dining outlets, including the upcoming transition of its full-service restaurant, Dina Rata, into a more modern, locally infused space for lunch and dinner.
