CHICAGO (January 31, 2018) – Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced the development of a new hotel in Hollywood, Calif., for The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand, slated to open in 2019. A Hyatt affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement with PNK Group, a subsidiary of S3D Partner, to build a new 64-room boutique lifestyle hotel, which will be located at 1525 N.
